We will meet with you at your home and do a complete walk-through of each room as well as the outdoor spaces. We will then go over the specifics of each room and give recommendations as to how you can stage your home. This will usually take 1-2 hours and gives the homeowner all of the tools needed to successfully stage their own home.
Advanced Staging Consultation…
We will accompany the basic consultation with pictures and a full written report detailing each recommendation that we have for you to successfully stage your home. This report will break down the rooms in your home and our suggestions for each.
Consultation, proposal, and complete home staging by us…
We stage your home using either your existing furniture/accessories or rental furniture. This process is very unique to each home and we work to make sure that your home’s appearance is in keeping with your specific market. We will create flow from room to room and balance your home so that it is appealing to the buyers that will be viewing it.
